Hiroshi Nagai’s first solo exhibition in Osaka in 5 years, “Hiroshi Nagai “Little” Exhibition FABULOUS” will be held at chignitta space from July 22 (Thu).

Hiroshi Nagai is an illustrator who has been active in a wide range of fields including advertising and music-related fields, including the jacket of Eiichi Otaki’s historical masterpiece “A LONG VACATION,” which has become a topic of conversation once again on the 40th anniversary of its release in 1981. In addition to his music artwork, he has collaborated with many brands such as apparel and hotels, appeared on TV, sold out at international art fairs, and released many books of his works, creating a huge movement.

This is his first solo exhibition in Osaka in five years, since 2016. In addition to the exhibition and sale of valuable original works, original giclee prints and original posters of Hiroshi Nagai’s masterpieces, which are exclusive to chignitta, will also be available for purchase. The artist himself is scheduled to be in the gallery for four days from July 22 (Thu) to 25 (Sun). A special The scenes depicted by Nagai, which make viewers instantly feel “summer,” are deeply etched in people’s memories as visuals that transcend time and are loved by people of all ages, both young and old, in Japan and abroad.
